Terrible customer service for years now they agressively direct you to use computers and atm for all services, diverting you to do so whenever you ask for any assistance. They absolutely do not want to give basic customer service from any human they would have to pay money.

This bank is a scam and full of money hungry people you shouldn't charge $25 for a chargeback fee if someone doesn't have enough money in their account to pay for their credit card
