Very small and efficient, but wish there was a drive-thru ATM. The ATM area in the small closet sized space inside sometimes smells like cigarette smoke...but still glad they have one.

What kind of bank cashes a long time customers paycheck somehow manages to give them too much money but doesn’t know how much money they gave them. Waits a day to call that customer to say anything and then tells the customer they need to figure out how much they have them! You should know how much money you gave your customer that is your job. If you have them too much you should have called immediately not after they paid bills got groceries and gas. Let it get to the point neither the customer nor the bank knows how much money it was. Then to have the audacity to call your customer and tell them if they don’t figure out how much money it was they would call the police. Obviously it’s time to find a new bank with tellers that can count and keep track of money going out and in

The worst customer service experience of my every time I call. I spoke to the manager Corey who call me names and told me I was condescending. Calling to find out information on my account. I tried to get the answers I was looking for and I was only called names and told they didn't want to talk to me no more they wanted to go and deal with other customers. This is the worst customer service ever. Bank somewhere else! The way they treat their customers is sickening!
