The younger guy that works here is very nice, and knowledgeable. Been here twice to get loans so I could buy materials to repair a recent house fire. Both times I got the top dollar I could for the items I took loans out on. Definitely would use this place again. Also I'll never return to "Cash and Go" on transit. Even tho suburban is like 15x farther than cash and go, I'd use suburban 10 out of 10 times. Cash and go always rips you off, and then resells for like 100x profit. Offer me $5 for something they are gonna turn around and sell for 70+. Suburban would never do this. 10 out of 10 stars⭐⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐⭐ ⭐/⭐⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐⭐ ⭐

I’ll say 4 stars because sometimes they can lowball or plain out say a price that’s utterly outrageous but they genuinely good people just need to learn the value of jewelry , Labtops and games better

Low ballers for the most part offered me $50 for a brand new oculus quest two but bought my Labtop for $125 like pls learn value you guys are awesome tho

During this pandemic I lost my income. I went to 2 pawn shops, no one would take my laptop and new Chromebook book. I went on google and found Suburban Jewelry & Loan. I went straight there and they helped. Customer service is GREAT, they were friendly and understanding. THANK YOU so so much for helping me. If you ever in a bind I recommend Suburban Jewelry & Loan!!

The staff was extremely knowledgeable and extremely professional! When it came to pricing, they were amazing and totally reasonable- unlike the other shops that I previously visited! They were very easy to work with, understanding, helpful, and just good people- check it out! I’ll be frequenting this shop regularly:)
