This place is a absolute joke, biggest scam going ridiculous rates, God for bid your 1 day late they will call you a 100 time... worse then a cable company..sad that I have to give them even 1 star.

Robert at this branch should not be working in customer service. He was absolutely rude to us and talked to us like we were incompetent. I’ll be doing business elsewhere.

I needed some cash fast for my business went on one main financial wasnt sure what to expect but got hooked up with the best loan officer kid named Austin was great with me told me all my terms worked with me and got me cash in 24 hours if u go here talk to Austin great guy and knows his stuff thank again Austin

Spoke with the Rep Jessica who was very friendly and helpful she helped increase my current loan in a timely manner. Jessica was very professional and efficient in doing her job. I am very pleased with this company.

Austin was very professional, answered all my questions, responded in a timely manner, loan process was quick, I received my funds within an hour!!!

Just went into the office today and Julio was so helpful. The whole process was very quick and Julio made sure to get my application put through before it timed out. I would definitely recommend Onemain to family and friends.

Was waiting for a call back on my application, I received a voicemail from a Mark, called him back the next day and left a voicemail. I called for an update and they claim my application was “timed out” after I sent it what needed to be sent. They said I have to reapply and run another credit check. If your application has 25 days it should’ve been disclosed to me so I could’ve called repeatedly since my call was not returned, to ensure my application was handled properly. Going elsewhere 0/10.
