We are not too happy with Premium Mortgage. This is the SECONOD time, that we are being messed around with. The first time was for 219 Merrymont. Now that we are looking to purchase a home in N.F. instead, we are still getting the same runaround! Tim isn't so bad, but Amy...the underwriter...keeps losing information that is sent to her. They want my partner's retirement plan...get this...60 days worth of information. She doesn't have access to that! We have to be out of this house by Dec. 15th and they are just dragging the process along! She has told them numerous times, that the time is short. We have been dealing with this for months now! We only went with them because our real estate agent suggested them. We are both angry here!
