Colonial Transfer and Pamela in particular have been fantastic to work with. I've used their services for several years and they have always been attentive and responsive above and beyond any other customer service I've experienced with any other organization. I appreciate their ability to thoroughly work through issues with the company receiving my payments and finding solutions/sharing the documentation needed to resolve issues. Pamela is a rockstar. Highly recommend their services to anyone needing assistance with "setting and forgetting" about making regular payments! :)

This really works. At first I was hesitant, but I will use Colonial each and every time! I was upside down on my Tahoe and had it out for 72 months. That was my only option at the time. Unfortunately 3 years later I totaled my Tahoe. I had Gap insurance but because I was making bi-weekly payments I didn't need Gap AND I have equity for a down payment. To top it off it was easy to cancel! I'll be going thru Colonial again when I buy my next vehicle!

Colonial Transfer has helped me a lot. They are the best and will help you out if you need them when you can pay your car notes every two weeks they are wonderful and always paid on time never had a problem with them I would recommend them for any anyone to go to. Pamela is a great representative and a great person she took care of all my needs expeditiously thank you and have a wonderful day.

Justin is literally the best. He reviewed my account and noticed that GM sent some payments back that they weren’t supposed to return, and is now putting that towards my November and partial December payment which will save me a whole lotta stress. We love having Colonial Transfer’s handle our payments. The by weekly payments we where able to pay our truck off early. We will use them again.
