Hudson River Community Credit Union, Cohoes, NY

I recently went through the drive through to make a withdrawal. I placed my license in the tube with my withdrawal slip. After leaving the drive through, I realized my license wasn't in the envelope with my cash. When I went back to the branch, it was gone. The woman behind the counter told me that they don't need my license to make a withdrawal, and so they don't check for them in the tubes, and that's why it wasn't put in the envelope. When I called the main office for the credit union to complain, I was basically blown off. I was always very happy with this credit union until this experience. However, after this, I doubt I'll use them for any of my needs in the future. There are a lot of very good small credit unions in the Capital District. There's no need to settle for such a lack of concern for a customer's concern. Who knows who ended up with my driver's license, or who has my private information now. I'm very disappointed.
