As a nervous first time home buyer, I always felt in excellent hands with Maple Tree Funding. Scot and Andrew were extremely helpful and responsive and made me feel confident through the whole process from my first inquiry, all the way through closing. Despite a few delays (seller and title issues - not Maple Tree's doing), we closed quickly, and I know without those delays it would have been even faster. The rate they got for me was even better than my local credit union. I would recommend Maple Tree to anyone buying a home.
