I called first and applied over the phone. everything went through quickly. I went into office finished up paperwork and got my check. Kristen didn't try to sell me anything. She was very informative and pleasant. My credit is awful and I was still approved. No penalty for early pay off. It's a win win

They were there when I needed them . Rates are high but I had low credit scores when received a loan from them. Now my credit is in the 700's now . I paid them off .the whole experience was good .
