I wish I could give Sunmark 10 stars. They provide the most professional, courteous, friendly, efficient service you could ever ask for. Richard and Sharon made me feel very comfortable, did not rush me and made sure I understood everything. I look forward to doing additional business with Sunmark.

stick with capcom sefcu or any of the other ones around here. Switched over my spending account to them. Keep thousands of dollars in it make monthly deposits never overdrafted. Left me stranded because they wouldnt clear a business check while i was out of town. Explained situation to manager how i was going to have to take a bus to my other bank and get cash to pay car mechanic 4 hours away(8hours round trip) wouldnt push BUSINESS check to clear a day early for me LOL. Could have walked into any check cashing place and paid 30 dollars and walked out with money in hand LOL but i chose to have the bank i make 10k monthly deposits with cash a 1800 dollar check on the mobile app and they leave me stranded. Starin and Katie the managers couldnt even spell customer service let alone give it. Absolutely disgusted that i chose to bank with them meanwhile im at a bus station because of it LOL

I've been a credit union member since 2014.
I also have a business loan through them.
I only bank here as The Business Loan representative volunteers at the Capital Region Food Bank. I've told this to friends and they have also decided to do business with this credit union.

Seems generous to give 1 star when I got 0 response to my call to ask about mortgage refinancing options. I was told it would be 3 days due to being busy with the low rates. OK, no problem. I waited more than a week. Called back and was told they would call me at 3 that afternoon or the next.
Another week has passed. Still nothing.

The service they give is above and beyond. I have had the experience of working with the HELOC and Morgage department. I can truly say it was an amazing experience. Five star is not enough.
