This bank NEVER disappoints me! I have been a member for over 20 years. Customer service is outstanding over and over! Big shout out to Heather Galarneau for her professional, courteous, timely assistance with my most recent matter of business.

They have decent hours for a bank and their loan rates can't be beat. They have online banking and a smartphone app. Everything you could want from a big bank, only they aren't out to rip you off or profit from you. The employees are all very friendly.
