After my mother's passing, I was left control of the accounts. I am out of state and while things were settled, I was treated with care and respect while I managed the accounts. There was never a headache in regards to dealing with NBT. Always polite and helpful, and NO HEADACHES! THANK YOU for your services.

they helped me with my checking account when it got hacked once and no problems since and they give my support dog love also and some treats when she didn't feel well made me feel good

bank hours are incorrect. the lobby closes at 3pm regularly and 4pm on thursday and friday.
