Not happy they won’t count my doordash pay since I have not worked their last year I feel that is a form of discrimination not happy at all , even with having a current loan that I have made every payment on time…

Would highly recommend this company, I was treated very well, fast, easy, and affordable. Made the process of getting a loan comfortable. Definitely would continue doing business with this excellent company. Thank you one Main Financial for your help.

There are not enough kind words to express the kindness that these woman share with you. They are professional and dignified and sincerely have your best interests at heart. They ate also your personal advisors to assist you in necessary means to aid you in any manner. My personal advisor, I am proud to call my friend. Awesome job ladies!

I was told a quote, halfway there (hours away from where I live) I got told the loan would be considerably less, I was still fine with it. I walked into the business and while finalizing my paperwork, was told a drastically diffeeenr number. Had I known my actual approval was that low I would’ve saved my time and gas and got a loan through someone else. Instead I found out in front of other people which was humiliating and was told there’s nothing that can be done. I understand there is not always things that can be done, but that was unprofessional, humiliating and a waste of time.

I am not happy about my experience with One Main. To make a long story short, I was told that I was approved for a loan. I asked a few times if they were sure that everything was set and if I had final approval. I was told that I was approved. However, that turned out not to be true. The day before I was to sign the final documents, I was told that I could not get the loan anymore, due to my income. It is bad customer service to tell a customer that they definitely have a loan before the final confirmation has been given. I would have been fine with not getting loan, but false promises are unacceptable. Find a better option for a personal loan.

Mary is very disrespectful in the dunkirk one. Ask for a loan and thinking it was going to be higher but they are basically giving me the same loan I got before. They are unbelievable. Heather usually helps and this time she didnt but they wanted my business back! SCREW THEM

Very displeased. Was told i was approved for a loan. Drove 2 hrs to sign,and then told,ooops,we forgot to mention,we can only approve this loan if the entire loan goes to a past bill.
