Family First Credit Union, East Rochester, NY

Applied for a loan past working hours, was contacted first thing in the morning via email, had my loan within 1hr of leaving work that day. Extremely fast response, very good communication, willing to negotiate, made everything quick and easy, and had a lower interest rate than i expected considering my credit. Morgan was great!

We couldn’t have expanded our goals or operations without family first. From our weekly cash deposits to our future endeavors they will continue to have our business. The large companies like BOA or M&T should be concerned because we here at flower city hydroponics will not forget who helped us along they way. Couldn’t be more satisfied!!!! Highly recommend.

I got an auto loan through this branch and it was alot easier then i thought. Customer service was definitely a part of their core values. They handled things in a very timely manner. I would not hesitate to come bank and conduct more business.

Kaliegh is a true professional. She is consistently kind and gives undivided attention to the customer in front of her. I have received excellent service from all of the people at this branch.

UPDATE: It gets better. I have been paying extra on this loan every month and telling them to apply it to the principle. Come to find out through this they have just been applying it to the next months bill. Meaning they are still charging me interest on the money I had told them to apply to my principle.... absolute crooks Calls themselves "Family First" then absolutely refuses to work with someone. This is the first time I was ever late paying a payment and not only do they absolutely refuse to waive a late fee one time they then inform me to take a payment they are going to charge an additional $10 unless I want to come into a branch. After literally telling them I am only late due to not being able to make it up there during their business hours. They are predatory vultures. DO NOT GET A LOAN WITH THEM!!!!

Absolute horrible experience every single time you be gone to this credit Union and beyond horrible at this branch. Major lack of training and knowledge retention in the basic requirements of processing any type of payment. Beyond ridiculous 35-40mintues and more to wait for a teller & a manager to process the required basic payment. Additional the responsibility of “MORTGAGE SERVICING” of the lender after selling the mortgage is to ACTUALLY PROVIDE SERVICES ie. What the site shows is no payment history, for helocs or mortgages nothing broken down in terms of total interest and total history Principle paid on a specific payment or any factual details. No payment book no statements an just a generic loan payment slip at the teller line! Just super member services I mean I never ever want to bring a single cent to this credit union for sure lack of knowledge, fiscal responsibility and massive lack of member support or services!

Thank you again Nick for all the help on getting me set up with my first credit card. He checked in multiple times to make sure I was situated and gave me all the info needed. I am glad to be a member of family first.

I love this branch! The front teller is always courteous and prompt. It's only a short drive from work and the location is beautiful too. I've never encountered any issues that couldn't be solved on the spot.
