The staff don’t know what they are doing. They treat people like they’re trash, they don’t respond to phone calls, they play games and don’t know what the hell they are doing half the time, and they don’t get anything done in a reasonable fashion. Personally, if it wasn’t too late, we would have packed up our stuff and ran as far away from doing business with these people as possible. 1 star is putting it nicely, save your time and energy and do business with a different lender who will actually help you, and do their jobs.
