I'd like to discuss the ATM. I'm sure the staff are perfectly nice, competent people, but I don't bank with Key so that's not my concern. The ATM at this location is trash, however. It freezes, the screen and buttons become unresponsive to input, and on my last attempt at use it was only stocked with $5 bills in the middle of the business day on a Friday. If it stops responding just let it time out and hopefully it will return your card after a minute or two. Save yourself a headache and use the machine at Shur Fine down the road if they're open.

Had more than one task to do; all staff were polite, helpful, and efficient, which meant everything was accomplished with very little delay.

Just closed the window on Christmas eve in my face and told me the guy before me was their last customer. I guess Merry Christmas to me. Closing my account with them.
