Online services is not useful and all they care about is pushing their credit card on you.

Jackie from the collection department was so amazing you don't get to many workers who understanding and is willing to help you but she went beyond and above to help me pay a collection fee i got into after having something link to my card and not knowing that it was still charging for it , i got into collection but was to busy to send money order she made it fast and easy over the phone ,never thought paying money back that i owed could be so pleasant. Thank You JACKIE!! If i could give her a 10 star rating i would.

Knowledgeable staff and unlike a bank who is looking to profit off of you. Credit unions truly try to take care of you

Worlds worst drive thru, ATM never has cash. Use anyone else.

The call center has you on hold for half an hour and then just disconnects you.

First bad experience I've had with these I've had four different debit cards with this company all four have been compromised due to something on their end and then turn around deposit my paycheck and still have not received it they don't tell you when you're in filling out the paperwork everything else to get an account with them that it takes three business days or three days to even get your check if you do a mobile

Empower staff give their all to everyday folks above and beyond! Aside from the new location which the interior décor is in a class by itself, in our community, staff will do everything to meet your needs. It goes without saying, I highly recommend Empower as the way to go. I am an avid supporter of Empower FCU to friends and family. The quality of the staff's professional, friendly service is much more than you'd expect from any Credit Union in thee area, in my opinion. Equality and Diversity reigns! Empower remains as the way to go.
