Poorly handled my business account. Would not advise banking at this branch. Highly recommend using another location or if you’re looking for banking; consider another institution… The ATM offer is better customer service, it actually asks questions…

Rude staff.. Don’t know the tellers name because she didn’t have a name tag on she’s about 5’7” blond.. She was more concerned with Snapchat messaging than taking my deposit. Clearly this branch is severely lacking interpersonal skills. I would advise additional training for the Tellers at this location. As a business customer it’s rather concerning that a poorly trained teller that has access to my accounts also has their phone in plain view and is using it.

Great service nice people just a great place to bank

Was told I wouldn’t pay interest for a credit card I applied there for 15 months and now there charging me for interest got lied to by a company I been with for years very disappointed wouldn’t recommend anyone apply here

The branch manager denied me to open an account because the closed in 20mins really how is she still employed????????? Lawsuit filed this has to stop. This is our money they are managing when they can’t even manage their job responsibilities.

Horrible bank, hour long waits for customer service and they do not back up their debit cards. My husband’s card was compromised and our checking account was emptied. Still waiting three days later for access to our FDIC insured funds. 82% of banks provide next day access, Citizens is not one of those banks.

No employee to any bank should deny services to any one for any reason I feel it was the way I looked that I was denied to open an account in addition to unwilling lazy bank representatives it really humiliated me to be treated that way.
