Every single person there is knowledgable, respectful, and friendly. My experience there has been nothing short of fantastic. They make banking quick and hassle-free.

I am there multiple times per week and Joan and her team are always very friendly and helpful. The Port Ewen branch is fantastic. They always call you by name as you come in the door. Joan was a big help in setting up accounts for my dad. Cheryl is always friendly and welcoming as well. They all are. It is fun to go in there and see everyone.

Best banking experiences I’ve ever had. For my personal banking, Teller #508 at the Port Ewen branch is always so kind and helpful (so sorry that I can’t recall her name at the moment). Moreover, in dealing with my late father’s estate, branch manager Linda Scofield has been incredibly knowledgeable, always available, infinitely pleasant, and truly empathetic. Managing an estate account and liquidating my dad’s assets has been a terribly draining affair, but Linda has been there for me the whole way through. Unlike a lot of bigger banks, MHV has gone above and beyond, offering options for my every need, while adding that personal touch. And it’s all down to the good folks they hire. Can’t say enough positive things about the staff, particularly at the Port Ewen branch. My sincere gratitude to everyone there. If you’re looking for a place to satisfy all your banking needs, you simply can’t go wrong with MHV.
