Had continued issues with makayla at carthage branch with our daughters account took us stopping by lerays branch and chatting with Jared who in return got ahold of Lacey in carthage to get it fixed. Wish we had more knowledgeable employees in carthage and didn't have to bother the manager. A huge shot out to leray branch way to go and thanks again

I will never do anything with this bank again. They did my loan for my house and told me that they could underwrite VA Loans. It turns out they can't. I was locked in with a decent interest rate with Northern, and as a result of them lying about being able to write VA Loans, I had to go to a different bank and lock in a new and higher interest rate. (interest rates were going up at the time this occurred).

The lady that “helped us” was not helpful. I was interested in opening an account for my daughter as she is 16 and just got a job. I’m an Active Duty Soldier, live on base, work on Drum. I seemingly meet the requirements to open an account. It’s amazing how rude and pushy your employee was about garnering the “documents” to prove my address. Would not accept me showing her my internet bill online. Basically a real negative experience when it did not have to be. Employees like that drive away people. It’s sad too because your reviews were so good. Even if the “documentation” is a huge deal it’s better to work with a customer rather than keep a draconian attitude. All you did was loose your bank the ability to make money 🤷🏼‍♂️ I’ll never step foot in your bank again
