All interactions I've had with the staff has been amazing. I did have one issue regarding the indoor ATM access. I was contacted the same day for an update on the issue. They have the best response time , are very professional, courteous and polite.

I love my branch in Woodstock, but I had to come to Fishkill to replace my bank card. The experience was even better than I expected. In a difficult time, Jessica was so so sweet and made me feel held, supported and taken extra care of. When your bank feels like home even when you’re out of town you know you’ve made the right choice. Thank you Jessica! (Oh and the music was awesome. So nice)

Julianne Messina is the best! She ALWAYS goes above and beyond for our company, even on her days off. Whether its copies of statements, checking transactions, depositing checks, or answering any of the many questions we have, she is the only person we will bank with and trust with our business. She is honest and very professional.

I recently visited MHV in Fishkill and needed some assistance. Although I have worked with other tellers at the credit union, Tyler helped me most recently to meet my financial needs. He worked collaboratively with me to create a solution that best fit my requirements. Tyler regularly sent me emails to keep me informed and went above and beyond to ensure my requests were met. He also has a great sense of humor, which helped to reduce the stress of the situation. I am grateful to Tyler and the team at MHV for always being helpful and providing excellent service. They are truly a great financial institution.

I went into the Fishkill branch with quite a few questions and mistakes I made on my own trying to open a checking account online, amongst other things... I had the absolute pleasure to meet Tyler. He went above and beyond and was so incredibly patient, understanding, respectful, kind, courteous, and sympathetic to my situation. There are not enough words to express how incredibly great he was especially in a not so nice world we live in. Tyler represents MHVFCU is the best way possible. Kudos to him and I truly hope he gets the recognition and praise he deserves. I will be going to Tyler with all my future transactions and/assistance. Sam and Tyler were so helpful. I had so many different things that needed to be done and they helped me with all of them and quickly I might add. Then even more I came in 3 days later and Tyler actually remembered my name and helped me again. Great people here!!
