EXCELLENT Customer service!! I applied for a loan online and minutes later I received a call from Nicola. She was extremely kind and very clear on what I needed to do to get my loan approved. It was an easy and quick process all thanks to Nicola. I highly recommend working with her!!

Worst loan experience. I received a letter the mail about a personal loan to consolidate credit card debit. I applied online and was approved for a certain amount. I got a call from the local branch and was asked additional questions, about my vehicle and how secured loans worked. He told me that he would have to some numbers and would call me the same day. I never got that call. Today I called the bank and no one picks up the phone. Poor customer service.

Got told was approved call was different story said I wasn’t approved cuz I got car loan then my bf got text saying he was approved he called and they said he not approved because he don’t have car loan both times we spoke to the lady she was rude and we ask why text us call her for we can come in then tell us deal wit it because we not approved make no since horrible and rude and unprofessional! Should get shut down !

Very easy process easy people to deal with was not hassled! KEVIN was very professional.

Interest rate started at 19% which is already astronomically high. APR ended up at 25%. It's basically predatory lending, don't recommend to others. Will refinance or go elsewhere in the future.
