A few years ago I used them to finance my student loan. To save money, I decided to pay my student loan in full ahead of time so I spoke to an account representative by phone. The account representative congratulated me for paying my loan off and indicated I would receive a confirmation letter in the mail but never got it. About a year later, I received a past due warning wherein the letter stated their system still showed my account as owing money. So new student graduates, if you ever pay any debt of, get it in writing and save it in your Google Drive or whatever service you use for archive as proof!

I took advantage of this opportunity and im happy it was made available to me. Way better rates than my bank!
