Worst service Ive ever received with a bank, Been trying to close my account for over a month now and they just won't. We live out of sate so I can't just go in a close, so they have you mail in a writing letter stating you want to close but magically they haven't received any of them smh. Worst place to get auto loans through, so just don't do it!
