Work for a company that has to call merchant's banks to confirm routing numbers for domestic wire transfers, a simple two minute conversation to confirm a 9 digit number. I was given the nastiest attitude I've ever in my financial career have experienced.

We've always had great service from the folks at NBT Bank Ft Plain. Just felt inspired to post a positive review to balance out the disgruntled ones, which, I would bet, are not representative of the everyday majority opinion.
