Chen-Del-O Federal CU, Franklin, NY

We are new to Franklin, and my spouse was in need of a notary. The challenge was that we were emailed the documents to be notarized, yet we don't have a printer. She went to Chen-Del-O on Main Street, and everyone there was very helpful + supportive, even though we are not members. They were able to print out the document for her, execute the notarization, and even scan + email the notarized document back to us. This was above + beyond great service. An excellent experience from first contact by phone to buttoning down the process. Thank you to Emily, Angela + the teller (sorry we did not remember her name).

I’ve been a customer of Chen-del-o since I was teenager. They have always taken care of me and my family. It’s nice that there’s still businesses out there actually cares to help their customers, and treats them as people not just a bottom line, in a world where that is is increasingly rare. They are always pleasant, and willing to find avenues to help. It is a fantastic organization.

Have been a member of Chendelo FCU since the 1970s. We have always had exceptional service. Needed withdrawals are always received in the mail within a few days. Personable staff make having a savings account here a pleasurable experience.

Not made for the public..local people to who have there own need to need life accessibility and no t just anyone can have a bank account...
