Empower is trash, all of this weekend nobody can use their online banking or atms. I make purchases on debit then empower doesn't take the money for 2 weeks. It's debit not credit

Nice & convenient location for an A.T.M. I usually don't have to wait in line to use this drive-up A.T.M. It seems to be in service, and not out of order, at least 95% of the time.

Empower stole $205 from my account and no matter who I contacted in the bank office they kept coming up with more lies until they turned it around and said it was somehow my fault for the bank taking 3 months. And now they say there is no way to get the money back because the bank chose to wait past there time limit. Worst bank ever.
