Really crappy place to bank with, but they make students think it's their best option. Their online banking system doesn't update for days at a time so you can't track your purchases electronically. They also make you pay a $100 deposit for a checking account. You would be much better off going to any other local bank, like ESL or Key bank (which has an ATM right next to campus) where you won't have to pay a deposit, online services work properly, and customer service reps are kind and helpful
