Finger Lakes Federal Credit Union, Geneva, NY

UPDATED - After posting this review, someone from from the credit union contacted me. They were very helpful and since then have not had any issues, and have been able to do transactions I needed to do. I only wish I could have given less stars than one. Once again it is a nightmare to do anything with this credit union. I can't even get to online banking because they can't even input information correctly in their systems. And naturally, if it is not business hours, you cannot get any assistance.

I love this bank they go out of there way for there customers. Well worth your time to open an account with this bank I can guarantee you will love them as well. Fast prompt customer service no fees at most atm's just an all around wonderful experience and great popele! I highly recommend this bank!

The Geneva office is wonderful! I’ve banked with them for years and their service is honestly superior to any other financial institution I’ve done business with. The women all remember me from when I was a kid and opened my first account to asking how my family is doing. They always have my best interest at heart no matter if it’s an account question or loan questions and other inquiries. I don’t believe they get the credit they deserve. I always look forward to going in their office. Thank you all for your wonderful service!

I had an issue with activity in my bank account and Beth at the Geneva branch took her time with me to listen to the issue and help me work through it. Her help was invaluable! I have been with this bank for a long time and have always been very happy with their customer service!

The Rates are great and the staff is super friendly but there is no way to make payments on a loan without having to drive down there and pay them. Frustrating. 2015, seems like it should be super easy. I pay all my bills by phone. I don't have to drive to any of them to make the payment. Just because its a bank I shouldn't have to drive down to make the payment because my money is in another bank. Other than that they are very nice people and I love their services.

I've had a account with this bank for 20 plus years. I've tried to do business multiple times for different reasons and every time there is excuses as to why they can't help me. Don't waste your time with them. Go to LNB!!!!

Finger Lakes Credit Union are Liars! Tell me to discard new delayed card, now tell me it was the one I was supposed to use! I cant wait to close my account!

They allowed a family member to CHANGE an account and withdraw money after the owner specifically said not to allow it and no other person on account!!
