KeyBank, Ghent, NY

Arrived at drive this atm at 4:50 today . Screen went black. Teller watched us and ignored us from inside the building. Drove around to get to the entrance and the door was locked. Same teller looked t me through the glass as I tried to get her attention. Sent a manager to the door who asked me what I wanted… said the atm was being worked on and i should go to the Wahlgreens to use the atm. Rather than help A customer it was easier to shoo me away. We are done with this bank.

Staff here is AMAZING! Wendy is my all time favorite to work with! I come here weekly to do work deposits for the office i work for. Wonderful experience every single time! Keep up the amazing work guys!!

Made transition from 1st Niagara flawlessly. We were traveling through the south for the winter when switch over went through. I even transferred funds from Key Bank account to Bank of Green County on line with no problem. Miss 1st Niagara people who left but service is still great.

This place is terrible. They only open one drive thru window when there is three, waited A HALF HOUR in the car just to be forgotten. No one knew what they were doing and unfriendly. Slow. They don't tell you your balance even after asking. They don't communicate with each other and honestly, I'm switching banks. Key Bank is terrible. Hidden fees and everything.

Mad that i had to give it a star why isnt there a option for no stars. 3 overdraft fees for one overdraft. And the overdraft fee is more than the item i bought. A 32 dollar item ended up costing me 180 dollars. Very unsatisfied.
