Trustco Bank, Glenville, NY

The staff there have always been helpful and pleasant to deal with. It helps that they are usually ready with my information because I normally am not prepared and I don't want to inconvenience the other customers. A nice feeling to bank with people that understand and are familiar with your situation.

Nice friendly, professional people, who greet you by your first name - when you come into the bank. Beautiful conversion of an old house- into a bank vs. destroying the house and building a commercial type of building. Our twins get a $5. Certificate to put into their savings account each year on their birthdays! Trustco is a nice, sound business that doesn't sell out to another bigger bank- like almost every other bank in the area has.

Things are a lot better here now. Much more customer focused. I felt it only right to create a new review that reflected that.

I like this trustco bank here in Scotia, because it is within walking distance from my Apartment.

The ladies at this branch are always a super pleasure to deal with. They make banking at their branch swift and troublesome free. Thank you girls

I lost my wallet and needed to withdraw cash from an actual teller. 3 tellers available; Jennifer, the manager?, and another teller. The teller was nice and was trying to help until Jennifer came over and started to Rudely explain that I couldn't withdraw without id. I'm glad she chose to be so aggressive about being rude because this was my last straw with trustco. For the most part the service at trustco is terrible. There are a few that are worth it but not enough. i needed to buy food and need gas in my car. I understand fraud, and the want to stop it. But I also understand customer service and I was not offered any today. I will be closing my account with trustco to use my other bank where the customer service is not lacking in almost every department/ store
