First Credit Corporation was exceptionally professional, with a personal touch. Megan Miller was great to work with. She was caring, responsive and answered our questions clearly. She kept us informed as we moved through each step of the mortgage process. She even called us back over the weekend when we had a quick question. It has been over 20 years since I went through home financing and Megan and First Credit Corporation made the application process simple and stress free. I highly recommend them.

We found First Credit through our realtor. Megan Miller helped us with every step in obtaining a mortgage to purchase our new home. She was always just a phone call away. At our closing, Gus Sacerio represented First Credit and he was great too!

Realtors worst nightmare!! Dealing with this company for a mobile home loan, has been the most difficult transaction I’ve ever had to deal with. At first I was working with Rich, who seemed to know his information very well, and even worked hard to rush the appraisal because we were trying to meet a deadline. I was then passed off to Megan Miller, and it all went downhill from there. She never answers my phone calls, and refuses to call me back. She would give me information about a specific question, and I would receive a totally different answer, days later. She told me she was ordering closing docs one week, but didn’t actually order them until a week later. Every week she would ask for a new document, even when she told me there were no more documents that needed to be sent-even up to the day before closing. When I asked when we could have closing, she told me she couldn’t give me an answer. After finally receiving the closing docs, everyone signed and we sent back the paperwork back, to be reviewed. Megan then said she needed to redo paperwork, because she made a mistake on one of the documents. After fixing the document, having the buyers sign again, we sent the paperwork back to her, and had to wait in office, for over 3 hours for the wire to be sent to the title company. I will never use this company ever again. Such a disaster, with such incompetent employees. Save yourself now and RUN!
