NBT Bank, Gloversville, NY

Called today 8/1/2022 and the lady that answered the phone in the Fremont location was very very nasty . I believe she said her name was Tammy and if you don't like your job you shouldn't be working there with your RUDE attitude it was disgusting. I will be taking all my family accounts to another bank . Horrible Horrible service you should be ashamed nasty lady .

The bank on Fremont st in gloversville has shorted when withdrawing and cashing checks. Always the same teller numerous times. Has also called and accused me of taking their tube in the drive thru (which I did not) If you can get to a different nbt bank do so!

Don't want to cash NYS checks unless you have an account. I am disabled and have to walk across town to cash checks some where else.
