This was my first time using Lee Horen. My referral came from a mutual friend and I am glad I received that referral. Chase Bank had told me no, that they couldn’t do my loan. Lee said yes. Lee did exactly what he had to do. He even responded to me on weekends. Near the end of the process, Lee ran my credit one more time; because of that my rate ended up being lower than originally promised. Also, Diane his assistant was very responsive. I was so pleased with this team that my parents have just finished completing a loan with them.

As the rate lock expiration neared, Lee extended it with no questions asked, which eased my anxieties over getting all the approvals needed prior to the expiration. The entire team always had my best interests in mind and didn't bother me with unnecessary or over-burdensome requests. It really comes down to personal experience: they are always there to help!
