Chuck and Noelle could not have been better. My mortgage experience was not ideal. I felt pressured to lock at a high rate and it was rather deep into the loan process. Then I ran into Chuck and Noelle and they turned everything around for me. They were quick, responsive, and they truly cared about my experience and my needs. They walked me through the process, discussed when we should lock (they were not aggressive with locking either, Chuck just told me when it would be most advantageous). I would recommend Chuck and his team to anyone.
