If you're looking for customer service this ain't the place. I'm closing my account and moving to CNB, they know how to treat their customers. I'm starting to wonder whos family is first.

Way, way better than dealing with a large bank for our mortgage. It was super easy and Julie always responded quickly. Friendly and helpful staff. The bank president even called me after we closed on our house just to say thanks. I highly recommend for conventional mortgages, SONYMA, and the First home Club. On the downside if someone writes you a check and it bounces the fee is pretty high especially when its not your fault.

Always friendly and cheerful staff. Free fresh coffee. Family friendly. Even my kids have started there with their 1st accounts. Best bank I've ever used.

Wouldn't cash there own check without charging you a fee. Thats BS and a Bank thing not a CU thing. ES&L Doesn't charge to cash an ES&L check.

10:30-3:30 and closed Saturdays WHAT?!? this location isn't downtown inner city it's in a SHOPPING district! You don't give members options for service and when you get into the teller line it literally is one teller! You charge fees for STATEMENTS ridiculous NO OTHER CREDIT UNION charges members such ridiculous fees. Wont ever again do business with this credit union. ZERO Mortgage services online or on statements if you wish for balances or any basic information they ARE NOT SERVICING THEIR PRODUCTS. NCUA should seriously investigate this place. (Yeah I know they're sorry I've had such a poor experience BULLCRAP! IF you did then you would have changed your practices within the past 10 years.)
