Well i used to not ever have a problem very good people atleast i thought until yesterday morning i had disputed a couple of transactions that i DID NOT give the authorization too and instead of understanding the situation i felt like i was being interrogated and made me feel like as if i was lying! It was alittle embarrassing and i will be looking for a new bank soon.

have used them for mortgage with great experience. friendly staff. never a long wait if at all. know you you name quickly

Just open account 2 months ago...so far so good. Friendly and no lines, no waiting. Manager very helpful.
