This branch is great! My partner and had a lot of nerves about last-minute deadlines with our house closing, but Lara made the process a breeze! Literally the worst experience ever! The lady that was helping me trying to cash my check was rude and obnoxious. Wouldn’t let me cash a check because I wasn’t a customer but it was a key bank check from one of their customers. I asked to speak with a manager and from the other side of the room she just shook her head and said I heard the conversation and said no. Like no attempt to even try to help or see what was going on. I went to the key bank in Castleton and no questions were asked. They cashed the check and I went about my day. Like they wanted to actually work.

Well I live about 45 minutes from key bank. I have a car loan through there. Apparently they can't take payments over the phone so you physically have to drive there. Just to show up to one bank teller on a Friday that takes hours to do one thing

Hours are not convenient.

Great experiences. Frequently have trouble with banks and other branches, but this branch is great. Very friendly.
