Hudson Valley Credit Union, Hopewell Junction, NY

I have never had so many problems with the banking institution in my life. Until I experienced Hudson Valley credit Union. this bank still operates like it’s a 1950s. Even mobile or Internet banking only seems to work during business hours. God for bid it’s a weekend or a holiday. Then you’re completely out of luck. when they tell you, they will look into it and call you back. Don’t count on it. I’ve spoken to managers before and they told me they would look into things and call me back and I’ve never heard from them. Please avoid this Bank at all cost go anywhere other than there. Horrible institution.

Saturday morning at 9:45am, hit the ATM for $20 and it spit out 20 $1 bills. Are you kidding me?!? I went inside and told them I just had a negative experience at the ATM, and got a $20 bill instead. Hopefully they will keep a closer eye on the ATMs.

Payments to Central Hudson keep being returned.....have called HVCU..... Still not resolved...... have been on hold since 6pm....... recording says 25 more min. Well.... It's now 6:58 PM. They close at 7 pm. No one answered my call ...... Not good .....

Friendly staff, Equiped for all Personal Banking, Bank at the window or On/line from home,, You are covered.. for normal banking, loans, mortgages , personal loans etc. We, our children, since they got SS#, have banked here for years. Only question I ask myself, is it good to put all your eggs at one Bank even if they are the best? Personal financial and backup situation may require / demand another good bank.

I have been with Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union before they were actually open to the public and I have always been grateful for all the people who work there , they are always friendly and very helpful, as far as I'm concerned the best bank around

Nasty experience. For 2 years I’ve paid my car payment in the drive thru especially with 3 children in the car I am not able to take them all out to come inside to pay. I was told to do it inside from now on because it is time consuming which I understand, at the same time there’s no need for aggravation when I’ve never been told this before. I say goodbye have a good day which you are supposed to be doing and then no response? This is the last time I will ever be using the bank for any type of loan. Your loss
