Corning Credit Union - Horseheads Branch, Horseheads, NY

I’ve always enjoyed CCU. They’ve been the best since the beginning. I had a small hiccup with a loan right in the beginning, but they were able to call me in and sit down and resolve it right away. When I sold my car, I went straight to the main branch with the people purchasing it and we were able to do everything there. We were able to sign over the title and be on our way in half an hour! My only problem is that my husband and I each have cars through corning. They were both premarital assets (even pre engagement) and we were denied our loan for the civic because it would be a third car loan for us, even though neither of us is on each other’s cars and again, premarital assets. I found that to be quite odd because it would technically be a second car loan for each of us.

I had experienced a life-changing event and a loan officer listened and helped me consolidate and get back on track. Thanks Julie!

This is one of my favorite branches. The inside is so nice. The bathrooms get an a plus! All the staff have always been courteous and helpful. This branch doesn't have a change counter though as far as I know.
