Absolute worst experience of all time. Not just worst mortgage company, worst company I have ever dealt with period. Changed rate weeks before closing. did not show up for closing. Constant miscommunications on insurance., errors on their end. Worst customer service response. Took from escrow 3x erroneously. Best day ever when Chase Mortgage took over account.
