Dan and the team at Big Think Capital were so easy to work with and transparent throughout the process. The explained everything thoroughly and were timely in getting us what we needed. It was a pleasure working with them.

Their ad boasts next day approval- NOT. Asked for information 5 times that I send 5 times. Gave financial statements for six months like requested- had sent bank statements for a new account as we in the process of changing banks. Weeks after starting the process they say they can’t approve because of low deposits on the new account. Guess the other account isn’t worth anything for history. Don’t waste your time!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I had no idea how to even begin with the loan process, but Shelton made it so easy. He was so helpful and knowledgeable, and he’s been available at any time to help me with any questions I may have. I am so grateful and I highly recommend Big Think Capital.

Horrible experience. A rep called well over a month ago to confirm my ssn confirming that I would hear something same day next day. I've been calling the rep and the main number for well over a month and all I get is a full voice-mail and no one answer in any department since the very first time I called to follow up. Do not give this company your personal information!!!!

The folks at Big Think Capital initially claim to have many financial products available with different terms and rates tailored to each clients' individual needs, but that is completely false. In reality they only have one product; short term, extremely high interest loans. If you're comfortable paying 44% APR plus 3.5% closing fee and a 50 week term with weekly payments then i guess Big Think is a good fit for you. If you realize that's a terrible offer and tell them no thanks but have already given them your contact info, be prepared to receive harassing solicitations from numerous other predatory lenders that Big Think sells your info to.

Horrible company! DO NOT SUBMIT INFO TO THEM! They will hound you relentlessly. I have TEN emails all saying they are going to be the last time they contact me. We are in the beginning stages of a lawsuit for that by the way. avoid this company, there a so many other finance companies its not even funny

Big Think Capital were easy to work with. They were quick to respond to any questions I had. I enjoyed my experience with them and would definitely recommend them.
