Remington Federal Credit Union, Ilion, NY

I have been with them for over a year and called them about 6 or so times and everytime it's like DEJA VU all over again. Either I'm talking to the same rude person everytime that huffs and puffs and interrupts me all the time while I'm talking or they are all this way. I hate calling this place because of how rude they are and since I live in another state I can't go there to speak with them. I'm sorry to those employees there that don't want to work with the public but at least act like you enjoy it or at least be more approachable V.I.A phone or just quit and find something else. Its like answering a few easy questions is trivial for them and they don't have the time. Can't wait until my loan is paid off so I can't get rid of this trashy business out of my life.

They need more training !!! in how to treat people who are bilingual.
