I understand how pawn works but you would think with COVID and all the craziness they would have given at least a courtesy call or an extra letter saying hey we are gonna sell your stuff. After beating covid and a 6 week hospital stay my daughter finds out all her jewelry was pawned. Wish they were run by better understanding people.. Live and learn.

I have never been to this establishment BUT I heard they took over Premier Pawn of Central Islip and Brentwood and I couldn't be happier!!! The previous owner was a thief without honor. After counting over 200 DVDs at .25 cents a piece with an employee we agreed to a price over $46, the owner came up and said he'd give me $15 AFTER we'd already agreed on a price. GOODBYE AND GOOD RIDDANCE!!! I wish the NEW OWNERS all the luck in the world!!! May you NOT make the mistakes of your predecessors!!!

I bought my 2000k computer in to get a loan. Came back after corona virus and my computer was broke. The owner or whoever the white man is behind the glass told me it’s not his fault. And refuse to refund me for my internet fees. I filed a lawsuit yesterday because of the principle and made a claim with the BBB.

Took a loan on my jewlery, i called 24 hrs in advance to redeem my items and the man i spoke to said no problem he would have it ready for next day, next day i leave work early to go to empire at 130, to find the place closed and fenced off. I called and machine says were currently closed...whats up with that, i lose half a days pay to get my things and they are closed, and door says open till 5pm... whats up with that??

The Best they have been very good to me. Highly Recommend. They are honest.
