They lead you on calling you and emailing you , that you are getting a loan , have you send in pay stubs, bank statement , verify employment etc. Then you check your online account and find out you we’re denied and they don’t even call or email you to tell you !! Don’t fall for their tricks!

This is my second load with One main. The local staff is very professional and I was out of the office in 30 minutes with a check after I began my refinance loan. They will work with you for payment dates and I must admit my employment keeps me all over the place so if I miss a payment they give me a friendly reminder, not a high pressure ( collecting a debt) nasty phone call. The branch manager and the girls in the office especially Angie S. are a pleasure to work with, always professional and they truly appreciate your business. Hard to find these days.

Wish there was a 0 stars option. Horrible customer service, sketchy business practices, and will charge an account after you've already removed it from your profile. On top of this, this location never answers their phones. Will never get another loan with them again.

The customer service was excellent and efficient. I was assisted every step of the way, I was made to feel to be important.
