Incomplete website allowances-offers viewing of checks cashed but they don’t actually do that. Just called to have one of their representatives hang up on me when I asked about viewing checks online. First she got snippy because “you’ve never been able to do that” then told me she could look it up on her end. I asked why it’s offered if it’s not available to the customer, to which she repeated “you’ve never been able to do that”. I replied that maybe I should switch to a bank that does make available what’s offered and she hung up on me.

Are you broke and subsequently had a bill bounce? Well let's help by charging you a fee so you have even less money! FYI. Most online banks have no bounce / insufficient funds fees...
