My card has been locked for no reason 3 times now. I did NOT go over the $500 daily spending limit. I have more than enough money in my account. There is NO reason at all to decline my purchases. Cant use the atm or anything. Customer service is only available during business hours. Whats the point of having money if you cant even feed your family bc its blocked for no reason?

Constantly Waiting to hear back, leaving messages, emails about my mortgage..... goes past closing date, cant get closing date set. Lies about paperwork being sent when it wasn't.... will work 2 jobs to refinance out of this bank.

Great staff at this bank. Love the atmosphere. It is also a convenient place to stop when walking down town. They have nice bathrooms that are clean and well-suited for afternoon butt chugging.
