Jeff Hansen helped me try and get a mortgage for a house and when that on wasn’t working we immediately started working on the home I currently own! Jeff is helpful, fast, precise, knowledgeable & he will make suggestions to point you in the right direction! He talks to you like a friend and doesn’t rush the process! He’s quick to get back to you and I would suggest any one to contact Jeff if you need a mortgage!!

When we were in the market for a mortgage, we contacted Prime Lending in addition to two other lending organizations so we could explore our options. The other two organizations got back to us immediately (same day). In fact, we were able to proceed and secure a highly competitive low interest loan through one of the two organizations who called us back within just two days! This enabled us to proceed with the time sensitive real estate transaction for which we were looking to secure a loan. Eight days later, Prime Lending called us back. I politely explained to Jeff (the gentleman who called me back) that we’d already moved forward with another organization since we never heard back from anyone at Prime Lending. He explained that he “never received the message” I’d left on his voicemail. After reading the other reviews with low ratings based upon the lack of responsiveness, I’m guessing that his very delayed reply to an inquiry from a prospective new customer is more likely an indication of how they do business. For that reason, I am not giving them a favorable review.

If you DON'T want to close on time, or be able to speak to someone on the phone, or get answers to your questions in a timely fashion, then yes go with Prime Lending. We had an exceptionally awful experience. Jeff would speak over me on the phone, blamed us for not closing on time. Jessica NEVER answered her phone, I never once got a phone call or answer back from her in a timely matter. The only person who would give us a clue as to what was happening was Janet- So thank you Janet! We were put in a rather atypical situation, but prime lending did an exceptionally horrible job handling the situation. Save yourself the headache and go with a more reputable company.

Welcomed, educated,guided and appreciated during the entire process. There were no stones unturned getting me through process and in the end my loan officer was sitting next to me during the closing.

I had a wonderful experience working with Jeff Hansen of PrimeLending. He was always willing to answer my questions and offer advice. Regardless the time of day, Jeff made himself available. His service was start to finish, from pre-approval to the closing day (he actually came in person). Finally, the team that surrounds PrimeLending, is absolutely professional. They made my home their mission, and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a home.
