I had a great experience with One Main Financial. I thought that it was going to be so stressful to take care of all the paperwork and consolidate all my debt. They took care of everything with one phone call in only a few minutes. I was very satisfied.

Not bad for getting a high interest loan in a pinch. That’s what there’re for. I did not like being told when refinancing a personal loan that my rate was lower than my current only upon my own research that it was 10% higher for the revised offer with the only response of “oh, I’m so sorry I briefly looked it over and assumed it was 25.9%.” Just be aware of this. Call in to pay your principal payment on top of your payment to combat interest. My big complaint is lack of previous loan knowledge and increase interest without any confirmed explanation. Serious training is needed in order for NYS compliance. But somewhat happy with the out come. High interest requires high risk and education of how loans work.

I dealt with Jeniffer and feel like they have no idea what they are doing. I was told by Jeniffer that my loan was no problem and I needed no collateral what so ever, that they could give me the cash if I wanted and could go anywhere that I please....15 min later she calls back and tells me that they cant help me!!!!!!!!after I called a dealership and started the process for my new Bike... Very unprofessional and I will never do any type of business with them again.
