Always clean and staff is always friendly and welcoming never have had any issues

After a challenging day, I had lost my debit card. And some extenuating circumstances. Taylor, was extremely professional, kind courteous.

The only bank I know of that doesn't read its own debit cards. I can use any other ATM (with a fee of course) with no hassle...but when I use my own bank...it's refused read every time.

My mother and I had a very difficult time with another company, and required funds from several locations to be moved to one account. The Clerk was so kind and understanding. She made a very stressful situation much easier.

My family has been visions customers for years! My grandparents, parents, my children and now my grandchildren. Their staff is always helpful, caring and personable!

Visions was a great credit union but I have a bad experience recently. One female who answered the phone on Friday told me that Visions doesn't believe me that I was scammed out of 300.00 they don't understand who these Nigerians prey on lonely elderly people. What makes me mad is I have two insufficient funds because of this credit union. I don't know why my phone bill was paid when I'm already overdrawn. I owe them over 300 now. I'm a widow with a low income. I want an emotional support dog. I can't adapt because I need to buy things such bus fare and laundry moneyim looking for another place to get my monthly checks I even lost social security money owed to my late husband because of this scammer and having insufficient funds because of ny oh9ne bill. Verizon didn't give me all I lost but they are a little better than Visions

Good credit union with a pleasant staff

Very happy with this location. The workers are very kind and efficient. I do always have trouble with the atm on the building.
